Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.

Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed the next business day. Observed holidays include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
- We will send a shipment confirmation to the email you placed the order with as soon as we have finished processing your order.
- If you place an order after the cutoff time, you may experience a delay between the shipment confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
- Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays.
- If an item is currently out of stock, we will cancel the item and remove it from your order.
- You will receive an email notifying you the order has changed.
- Title and risk of loss of all items purchased from Tweezerman.com or Tweezermanpet.com pass to you, the buyer, when Tweezerman delivers the items to a delivery carrier. Any claims for loss or damage must be presented to the carrier, not Tweezerman.
